West Yorkshire Police are seeking to explore potential opportunities to deliver effective and efficient system integration across existing HR, Payroll, Finance, Resource Management systems and potentially other operational systems.  

The Force is keen to establish the feasibility of integrating our existing systems to remove inefficient practises such as duplication and data integrity audits. 

In addition to this we would like to understand how integration will facilitate improved data quality and reporting to provide consistent data sets and deliver 'one version of the truth'.  

The Force would also be interested to learn how integration might assist it to maximise efficiency opportunities through effective Business Process Automation and Self Service.  

Due to the technical nature of this requirement WYP are keen to engage with experienced providers on views, mechanism and delivery of a system integration.
