Barnsley Transport Interchange

The new Barnsley Interchange creates a real sense of arrival for passengers using public transport. The new colourful, curved £24 million complex combining bus, rail, coach and taxi travel and outstanding passenger facilities alongside six retail units, a café, 80 park and ride spaces and an information centre creates a transport hub in the heart of the town centre not only linking Barnsley to the to the many cultural and shopping experiences that Barnsley has to offer but also to the rest of the UK and Europe.
