The current SCMS e-tendering portal will no longer be used by the Yorkshire and Humber authorities with effect from midnight on 31st December 2012.

SCMS will be replaced by a new e-tendering system called YORtender hosted by Due North. Following successful implementation the site will go live on 1st January 2013.

The web address for YORtender is https://www.yortender.co.uk/procontract/supplier.nsf to allow registration of supplier details whilst implementation is carried out.

Please try to avoid duplicate supplier registrations wherever possible. One supplier profile can have up to 5 individual users registered against it.

Registration to the YORtender system will be free of charge. 

It is extremely important that suppliers take on board these instructions and follow any guidance contained within them in order to ensure you continue to access tender opportunities from Yorkshire and Humber Authorities.
