5. The Queens Hotel

The conversion of the former Queens Hotel into a prestigious office development for local firm Raley's Solicitors got underway in 2005. This will provide a very prestigious and prominent location for new businesses at the heart of the town centre with good access to the Transport Interchange, the Civic, Digital Media Centre and the new Markets as well as the existing business community on Regent Street.
