NEW OFFICE DEVELOPMENT FOR BARNSLEY

Work has started on a high quality speculative office development within walking distance of Barnsley town centre. Local developer, Acorn Design & Build Ltd, are due to complete the 16, 000 sq ft office facility by January 2004. The development named Oakwell House is being built on the last remaining plot of land at Mount Osbourne Business Park, off Pontefract Road (A628).



Incoming tenants will benefit from a high specification including raised access floors, comfort cooling and dedicated parking. The offices will be available either as a whole or sub-divided into 4,000 sq.ft areas.
