BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES AT WOODMOOR


Construction on a new development of ten self-contained workshop units at the Wharncliffe Business Park in Carlton is now under way.



Woodmoor Court is situated within the prestigious Wharncliffe development, close to the well established Carlton Industrial Estate just four miles north of Barnsley. It forms part of one of the largest and long established industrial locations in Barnsley and is home to a variety of local, regional and national organisations. The area benefits from an excellent main road and motorway network, enhanced by the Dearne Towns A1 - M1 Link Road.

A new development acquired by Northern Trust Company Ltd, Woodmoor Court incorporates affordable units ranging from 750 - 1,500sq.ft., available on an easy in easy out basis. Each unit includes reinforced concrete floors, up and over loading doors and heated office space.
