Sunderland City Council ("the Council") is looking to procure the implementation and support of an Assistive Technologies Software Platform and Associated Services.

As a minimum, it is expected that this will encompass Telecare and Telehealth services.

Telecare offers a 24/7, all year round emergency service for potentially vulnerable people to help them live independently for longer.

Telehealth helps people with medical conditions - short and long term - to self manage their conditions with support from specialist clinical staff.

The overall Assistive Technologies solution and support services will help the City Council to deliver the best service to as many residents as possible.
