The vendor will provide the necessary goods and/or services which are required for the implementation, delivery, operation and enhancement of the application software provided (MS Dynamics 2011 CRM), including consultancy/advice, business change, project management (vendor delivery), functional design, requirements analysis, architecture design, software/system solution design, software support services, software development/configuration services, programming and development, system build/configuration, system installation (including related middleware and system software) installation, integration of system with external systems and software, data integration/migration and conversion, all stages of testing (technical and user), training (technical and end user), hosting (CLOUD services).
