Local developer, Northern Services Ltd, have completed the construction of a high quality 10,000 sq. ft. industrial unit on Carlton Industrial Estate, Barnsley.

Located in close proximity to Barnsley town centre and on a well-established traditional business park, the new development consists of 7 small industrial units. Two units, each of 1,000 sq. ft., are still remaining and available for taking on a leasehold basis. Each unit benefits from a secured fenced yard, roller shutter door access and three phase electrics.

Further development on the site is planned for Summer 2006 that will see the construction of an additional 9,000 sq. ft. unit, split into individual units of between 1,000 sq. ft. up to 9,000 sq. ft. in size. These are likely to be complete and available for occupation by November 2006.

The site at Carlton Industrial Estate comprises additional land accommodating up to 30,000 sq. ft. of industrial development to be made available on a design and build leasehold basis.
