Work is almost complete on a high quality office development which is conveniently located one mile from Barnsley town centre. Local builders and contractors Weldrick Duggan Ltd are completing the 3,800 sq.ft. brick built two-storey office block, which is due for completion in September.

The development is available on a freehold basis and can either be divided into four self-contained suites or can be taken open plan as a whole by a single occupier.
