Developers TN Properties meet on site to celebrate practical completion of Phase II of Maple Park

Phase II has just been completed offering four office buildings ranging from 3,000 sq.ft. to 4,250 sq.ft. and follows on from the success of Phase 1 where two units have been purchased and occupied by Ledgard Jepson Design Group and Sheffield Mutual Friendly Society who relocated from Sheffield.

The “state of the art” specification includes automatic lifts, full accessed raised floors, high quality carpeting, flexible open plan floor plates, heating, broadband connection available, disability compliant and ample car parking.
