NEW DEVELOPMENT COMPLETED AT STAIRFOOT BUSINESS PARK

Work has been completed on the construction of high quality speculative business accommodation at Stairfoot Business Park, Barnsley. The site has direct access to Stairfoot roundabout and is located four miles from M1 J36. The site benefits from close access to a retail park and is well served by public transport.

One of the units is now occupied by Kelly’s Wholesalers and the remaining unit of 5,000 sq ft is available on a leasehold basis and can be subdivided.

John Kelly of Kelly’s Wholesalers commented, “We are delighted with both the quality and location of our new unit and look forward to developing our business further in the future.”
