Since moving to Barnsley in 2002, the company has doubled its turnover and is planning to double its staff by recruiting additional experienced printers and finishers.

To date, Print City has invested £1.5 million in its state of the art facility at Zenith Business Park and, as result of securing multi-million pound contracts, has recently invested in further high tech equipment.

Previously based in Huddersfield, Print City provides sheet-fed printing services to the trade market, including the production of stationery and marketing literature for financial institutions and multi-national organisations.

To further increase turnover Print City recently attended ‘The Print For Business 2004’
Exhibition at the Telford International Exhibition Centre, allowing the company to exhibit its products and services to 600 UK and international companies and 70 suppliers, as well as providing a valuable networking opportunity. Print City’s Legal & Administrative Operations Director Gemma Brennan added, “The exhibition proved to be a great success and we would like to thank Barnsley Development Agency for helping us obtain an Objective 1 Business Development Grant, which helped fund the event.”
