Overview

Barnsley Development Agency’s Investment and Development Team are tasked with working directly with local businesses to encourage sustainability and growth, and provide a range of services and knowledge. The team has a broad range of knowledge including HR, recruitment, financing, franchising, green energy, inward investment and business development.

We work with other departments of the local authority to liaise on planning, regeneration, transport and skills issues and provide a first port of call for all business development related enquiries.

We can provide a connected and coordinated point of contact for local business, and through our website, Linked In and Twitter activity we are actively broadcasting relevant and useful information.
